There's a variety of reasons you might visit Grundy County Memorial Hospital as an outpatient. It may be for an appointment with one of the many physician specialists who see patients in our Specialty Clinic. It might be for laboratory work, an annual mammogram, or an x-ray. Or, you may be scheduled for outpatient surgery or physical or occupational therapy.
Whatever the reason, we're honored you've chosen GCMH to provide you with health care services and we've compiled helpful information about your visit:
Where to park
Outpatient services are accessible from the south entrance of the hospital, off of East J Avenue in Grundy Center. A parking lot is available, and you'll use Entrance #1.
Where to start
Check in at Registration (located inside Entrance 1) for the following:
- Lab work
- Radiology/Imaging Services
- Surgery
Check in at the Therapy Department (located inside Entrance 2) for the following:
- Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech
When in doubt, please stop at the Welcome desk inside Entrance 1 and a friendly volunteer will be happy to direct you!
Vending Machine
- A beverage vending machine is available inside entrance 3 (near the Emergency Department)
