Special Recognition for Special Care

It's easy to say 'thank you' to those whose care you appreciate when you've needed it the most.

The Grateful Patients program provides an opportunity for patients and families to make a gift to the Grundy County Memorial Hospital Foundation in honor of a hospital employee or hospital department who demonstrated exceptional compassion and care. The employee or department whom you are honoring will receive special recognition within the hospital.
